Rental rates

Rates apply to the rental of the entire villa for one to four guests. They vary according to the season and the length of stay. One week corresponds to seven nights.

These rates apply to one to four guests. The mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee and any additional services are detailed below. The total price is always displayed before the booking is confirmed.

Tourist tax included
The tourist tax applicable to stays between 1 May and 31 October is included in the rental price. No additional tourist-tax payment will be requested from guests.

Options and additional charges

End-of-stay cleaning

€130 per stay. An additional €20 cleaning charge applies when travelling with a pet.

Bed linen and towels

€45 per prepared bed, including bed linen and bathroom towels. Available on request..

The standard rate covers one to four guests. A fifth and sixth guest may be accommodated using additional sleeping arrangements for €15 per person per night, subject to prior agreement. Maximum occupancy: six guests.

Essential terms of stay

Stay arrangements

In July and August, the minimum stay is five nights. The arrival day may be selected according to availability.
Check-in is available from 5:00 p.m. and check-out must take place before 10:00 a.m.
The villa accommodates four guests in its main sleeping areas.
Two additional sleeping places may be provided only on request and subject to prior agreement.

Booking and guarantees

The booking becomes final once the rental agreement has been accepted and the requested payment has been received.
A €300 security deposit is required under the arrangements specified during the booking process.
An inspection and inventory are completed at check-in and check-out.
Subletting is strictly prohibited. The guest remains responsible for any damage caused during the stay.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing as soon as possible. The amount retained depends on the date on which the cancellation is communicated.

Cancellation by the owner

If the owner cancels the booking, all amounts already paid will be refunded in full as soon as possible.

Rescheduling the stay

In the event of serious unforeseen circumstances, a request to reschedule the stay may be considered, subject to availability. If no alternative dates can be offered, the cancellation policy above will apply.

Optional services that have not yet been arranged will be refunded. The complete conditions are set out in the rental agreement provided before final confirmation of the booking..

Few basic rules

The villa must be used peacefully and solely for its intended purpose. Guests must respect the quiet atmosphere of the residence, particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Parties and subletting are strictly prohibited.

Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Pets are permitted after informing the owner in advance. Guests remain responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause. They are advised to verify that their personal insurance includes holiday-rental liability cover or equivalent protection.

Although thorough end-of-stay cleaning is provided, the villa must be left tidy. Crockery must be returned to its place, the refrigerator emptied, the barbecue cleaned, rubbish removed and all personal belongings taken away. Any linen provided must be gathered together in the bathroom.
