A villa designed to make the most of Corsica
Located in Tarco, in the municipality of Conca, Villa Sognu di Mare offers a peaceful setting with sea views. Tarco’s family-friendly beach is approximately 300 metres away on foot, just across the road.
Parking is available within the gated residence, which is secured by an access code. Parking spaces are shared and not individually assigned.
The villa accommodates four guests in its main sleeping areas. Additional sleeping space, provided by a Moroccan-style daybed in the living room, may be available on request and subject to prior agreement. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, with an additional cleaning charge.
The villa includes two separate bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a sea-view balcony, several covered terraces and a barbecue area.
Air conditioning throughout the villa, satellite Wi-Fi, televisions and household appliances ensure a comfortable stay, whether you are visiting for a few days or several weeks.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom features a 180 × 200 cm double bed and opens onto a private outdoor area. It offers a peaceful atmosphere and lets you enjoy the villa’s proximity to the sea from the moment you wake up.
The room is air-conditioned and includes ample storage space and a Smart TV providing access to modern streaming and television services, including Netflix and Molotov TV.
Mezzanine bedroom
The second bedroom features a 140 × 190 cm double bed. It is particularly suitable for children, teenagers or two adults travelling together. A small interior window overlooks the living room.
Welcoming living room and fully equipped kitchen
The living room is the heart of the villa, offering a comfortable place to share meals and relax. It includes an additional sleeping area, a high table for coffee or drinks, a coffee table and an outdoor dining table on the balcony.
A Smart TV connected to satellite internet is also available.
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals throughout your stay. Equipment includes:
- refrigerator and freezer;
- induction hob and oven;
- dishwasher;
- coffee maker and small kitchen appliances;
- crockery and cooking utensils;
- television;
- Monsieur Cuisine Smart food processor;

Outdoor spaces overlooking the sea
The villa features several outdoor areas, including covered terraces, a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, a small garden and a barbecue area.
These spaces are ideal for dining outdoors, relaxing and enjoying peaceful Corsican evenings.
Bathroom
The villa has a bathroom with a shower near the master bedroom. A washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are also available for your laundry.
An outdoor shower on the terrace in front of the master bedroom allows you to rinse off the sand after returning from the beach
